Boasting 360° horizontal rotatability, the cutting head supports versatile processing of polygons, sectors, circles, ellipses, horse belly edges, grids, flowerpot holes, profiles, and other complex shapes. It tilts between 0° and 90° for precise chamfer cutting, while the worktable's 85° tilt angle streamlines slab loading and unloading.

Equipped with four high-performance suction cups, the machine features a slab-moving function that handles loads up to 360KG. Supporting single or dual suction cup operation, it enhances slab handling efficiency. Integrated automatic stone thickness measurement and tool diameter detection real-time monitors saw blade wear, eliminating errors associated with manual measurements.

Powered by an intelligent CNC system, the machine comes with a dedicated CAD/CAM plugin for direct graphic input to the five-axis control. This simplifies operations and enables one-click DXF file import. The Y-axis adopts a high-power dual-drive design for effortless adjustments and smoother running, with seamless connections for precision-critical transmission components ensuring consistent accuracy and stability.

A wide-angle camera enables automatic photo-based dimension measurement. It identifies material defect areas via image analysis and automatically avoids them during processing layout optimization. Post-processing, pneumatic rollers lift automatically, and the worktable flips to facilitate finished workpiece unloading.

Crafted with an integrally cast beam (thickened and reinforced), the machine delivers exceptional stability, durability, and deformation resistance-guaranteeing long-term processing precision. Pneumatic tabletop pressing rods secure slabs firmly, preventing material waste caused by displacement during operation.
