The 5-axis bridge saw is a CNC-controlled sawing machine featuring 5 interpolated axes (X, Y, Z, C, A), designed for processing marble, granite, and other natural or engineered stones.
It comes with an easy-to-use, intuitive touch screen paired with CNC (CAD/CAM) software for cutting operations and motion control. The machine is capable of reading DXF files from template measurements.
Linear shaping can be performed with this equipment.
1. Cutting head rotation from 1.0° to 360° and tilting from 0° to 90°; workbench tilting ranges from 0° to 85°.
2. Monocoque frame structure. The entire machine can fit into a 20 GP container, enabling easy installation.
3. Single-axis positioning for bridge traversal, driven by a servo motor.
